Pros
During my three years as a Full Stack Developer, the company provided excellent opportunities for professional growth. I was exposed to a wide range of projects and technologies, which significantly enhanced my skill set and experience. The day-to-day work was often challenging and engaging, and for most of my time there, it was a great place to learn and build a strong technical foundation.
Cons
The most severe and unacceptable issue was a complete failure of the company to fulfill its basic obligations. The company did not pay my salary for the last six months. This demonstrated a catastrophic failure in management and a profound lack of respect for employees. This situation created immense financial hardship and left me abruptly unemployed with significant unpaid wages. The company is fundamentally untrustworthy and financially unstable. I strongly advise avoiding this company.
