There are no positive aspects

Criminally low pay. No raises. Admin caters to the parents of the patients to keep them happy, oftem to the detriment of the pediatric patients. Parents often left their healthy children with me so they could go out. Admin sided with the parents. I reported the abuse of a child to the agency and was told to either withdraw my CPS complaint and let it go or I would be let go. I quit on the spot.
