Pros
The people here are genuinely world class. I’m constantly learning just by being in the room. The quality bar is high, but so is the support. It’s inspiring and motivating to be around such experienced, talented peers. Even though the team is experienced, there’s no ego. Everyone’s encouraged to speak up, give feedback, and shape the direction of the game. I feel heard and trusted, which is not something every studio can claim.
Cons
Because it's still relatively new, not everything is fully established, some processes are evolving, and that can occasionally lead to ambiguity. But that’s part of the startup-like journey, and it’s also an opportunity to help shape how things are done.
