Solid place, mentally healthy, great people. Company celebration events were pretty common. Felt appreciated and effort is clearly made to make the place pleasant to work at

Rigid raise structure that encourages job hopping, capped at how much you can get as a raise. Also hard to get time to research on the job for self improvement

Lots of work. Good people and decent company. Old Reno building, very lackluster, not much of cohesiveness and it was like people were still more remote, than in the office. Decent managers and co-workers.
Cons
Seemed like hundreds of constant gaming license apps and renewals all the time. I wasn't really getting the training on the installs and upgrades, bit of a learning curve.
