Pros

The only Pro with this company is their E.S.O.P. Employee Stock Option Plan. They advertise it like crazy to all new hires to get them excited about the possibility of retiring rich. Be aware that you have to be with the company for two years working close to full time to get on their E.S.O.P. plan. Lifetouch has only seasonal opportunities, there is no work during the winter for most employees, therefore you will not be eligible for their E.S.O.P. plan.

Cons

Due to the seasonal work aspect of this company, most of their employees receive no Health Benefits. There are no paid vacations or Holidays. Their training program for new hires is insufficient & lasts one week. Management does not follow up with any in field support or on going training. Their scheduling department books 3 students per 10 minute time slot for each photographer at schools causing massive delays at the camera. Providing for lots of unhappy customers, dissatisfied school administrators and overworked employees.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
