Pros

Employees who care Making families happy.

Cons

Lifetouch does not care about their employees. I started as a team member, but was quickly promoted, very rare, and a lot had to do with the fact that my manager wanted to sleep with me. Upper management does what they want, never answers emails from studio managers, doesn't care about studio managers or the studios, let alone oart-time employees. They basically tell managers in more words that our employees are disposable and should start at $8/hr even after three years of retail experience. If you are lucky you will be in a studio that can give you an average of 15 hours a week part-time. This company does not care about customer service or boundaries. My field trainers mistress was actually transfered to another studio so they could live together. Obviously my DM had it together.. Not. I used to have a lot of respect for Lifetouch, but I am so glad I have nothing to do with it now after watching several employees being promised management by the DM and then not receiving proper training. PLEASE save yourself the trouble. You can start at McDonalds for $9/hr for heavens sake. This "photography" is a joke. so if that is your passion you will have better luck being an apprentice, or starting your own business.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
