The call center structure, no flexibility on hours to support employees' interest in continued education, no consideration of assigning roles in teams based on peoples strengths or really any talk about divind team work based on strengths (no use of organizational psychology to help employees as well as the company grow) focus on quantity over quality, the large corporate structure and & lots of miscommunication in the organizational structure of the corporate hierarchy, & delays in HR's implementation of approved raises. The corporate environment may just not be for me but I don't know anyone who "loves" it or feels like it's a sustainable model for employee well being or even for helping clients, especially in the mental health field!
