Working at LifeStance was a really solid experience. The mission is great — helping connect people to mental health services feels rewarding, and you can tell most people here care about what they do. My team was supportive, and I got to build relationships with providers and community partners, which kept things interesting. There’s a nice mix of independent work and teamwork, and management was usually open to feedback.
