Little support, inefficient administrative staff, terrible EHR. Absolute bait and switch. Salary received was less than half of salary quoted. Reimbursement rates are given as an "average" and not actual credentialed rates. "Contract" referred to as a "handshake agreement" by recruiter but forced to pay back sign on bonus upon resignation because LifeStance never held up their end of the deal.
