      The best part of this job is the people! From meeting families and kids to working with an awesome team, I couldn't ask for a better side job. The perks are great - flexible and consistent scheduling, good pay, and membership benefits.

      Sometimes it can be hard to work with kids, but we all have been there once!

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
