A toxic management culture that existed in the days when the company was known as Quinn Insurance carried over when taken over by Liberty Insurance. Blame culture was rife and mgmt were often ruthless with staff . Despite changing elements like clock in machines and the hated pay bonus scheme, very little changed in terms of how management would speak or deal with people. The proof of which became evident in work place satisfaction surveys's such as "Great Place to Work" where in time I was there got below 30% a couple of times. A couple of years after I left I met someone who worked there who informed me that Liberty opted for a different survey but still scored less than 40% satisfaction. That says it all.
