      Enjoyed the flexibility afforded to everyone, as well as the care team leaders put into ensuring all team members had ample room to explore and grow. Lots of opportunities given for everyone to try things.

      Cons

      If you want to know exactly what you will work on at all times or be guided constantly, maybe not the place for you

      - Good tech stack - Team is technical and will learn a lot - Benefits are at par or a bit better than industry standard

      Cons

      - No work-life balance - Not a friendly and supportive environment - Normal for people to work on weekends - Senior engineer then was a power tripper

      - good place to learn and develop both soft and technical sales skills, especially in a fast-paced legal tech environment - supportive teammates and a collaborative culture - great environment to grow quickly without micromanagement - startup structure allows you to take on responsibilities early

      Cons

      may not be ideal for those who prefer very close, step-by-step guidance. the pace is fast and you’re expected to take ownership, learn independently, and initiate tasks on your own
