NEGOTIATE - Account Coordinator Level Touch Employee Review

Bad communication from HR, have to beg for raises, they avoid them at all costs. They also LOWBALL you so badly on initial pay. NEGOTIATE YOUR SALARY!!! If you find a position in another location, they absolutely do not want to give it to you. They'd rather hire someone new that they can lowball salary wise. They also did massive layoffs after the signed a new 3 year contract and told everyone our jobs were safe. Some people were only given a 1 week notice.
