Coworkers make or break the experience, used to be able to play our own music

Cons

Minimum wage justified by tips. Maximum annual raise is...25 cents. Even the people who most deserved the maximum didn't get it. Business now depends on using up and throwing out exploitable workers. No one is promoted from within the ranks anymore, all trainers and managers are outside hires. What was once a tolerable service job has been ruined, like most things, by corporate greed and a desire to become the next Starbucks.

Terrible company run by narcissists from starbucks. The ceo is a figure head goober who lives in his man cave 24/7 surrounded by his sports memorabilia. A joke of a leadership team. Like they’re fun to make fun of that’s how idiotic they all are. Power hungry but couldn’t turn the lights on if you need em too lol it’s that level of stupid.

Cons

Terrible company run by narcissists from Starbucks. These people are horrible humans, engage in gaslighting manipulation, lying, zero integrity, view long term employees as a liability, HR reports to the COO and is not independent at all. You will never work for a worse group of people in your life then this motley crew right here.
