      Pros

      Overall - a very good company. Minimal 'sales' pressure. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      CONSTANT changes. Not nearly enough personnel (ie payroll hours) to provide the expectation / quality of experience to customers. Workload can be overwhelming.

      Flexible hours Experienced staff Newer equipment Able to choose music to listen to while in the lab Certification opportunities

      Cons

      Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
