      Room for advancement in management. Pays license fees. 1 free pair of glasses a year.

      Cons

      To much micro managing. Expectations are high without a full understanding of customer relations. Have to work many years to get goof vacation time.

      Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
