The schedule is very flexible. Comfortable working environment

Cons

The sales commission is terrible. It is very disheartening when you give your all to make a customer look and feel their best and you receive little to zero compensation.

Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
