      Pay master Bonus payment is great (above industry average)

      Cons

      Promotions may be difficult for 7+ years of experience. Still not matured in many areas like HR, Finance etc. Most of the important departments like HR, Finance are outsourced.

      Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
