Pros
Young atmosphere. Can be lucky and get placed in a good territory and constantly blow out your number, compensation is fairly competitive. Overall you get good experience working with a brand name company. Summer hour half days, get a good amount of vacation days.
Cons
Inside Managers are hit or miss. Territories are the same, there is generally more opportunity for growth/compensation for acquisition--but you don't get to choose. High workload--often have to work nights and weekends to keep up (depending on territory). Incentives are OK, could be better. Are led to believe that advancement will be easy--It is definitely not.
