Pros
The sales targets were discussed and agreed upon by the parties involved, so unlike a lot of sales roles it didn't feel like an unattainable goal in an effort to keep your incentives from you. It meant you'd work hard and see the rewards. The managers were fantastic and a pleasure to work with. The discussed growth options and actively helped you to work towards them and achieve what you were trying to reach.
Cons
It is stressful at times, due to the nature of the job in sales.
