Pros
Good incentives, and having an Inside Sales rep paired with an Outside Field rep worked well.
Cons
Managers choose favorites, so its hard to move up the latter. Sexual harassment was not taken seriously. Women are mainly inside sales reps, while men are managers or field reps. Bad training and poor management.
