Pros
- Lemberg is a family-first organization. They allow me to care for my family and are flexible to work with my schedule when unexpected events arise. - They recognize and reward hardworking individuals. Other negative reviews I have seen about this organization are often from those unwilling to work. - Benefits are top-notch, especially insurance and retirement. - Plenty of fun events and games throughout the year to encourage engagement and participation within the company. - We are a tight-knit group, everyone knows each other by name and talks to one another about their lives. It really creates a sense of community throughout the office.
Cons
We are in a bit of a transition right now but I trust the leadership team and know that everything we are doing now is investing in our future as an organization. As an ESOP, that is an incredibly powerful thought because when the company as a whole wins, we all benefit!
