      Pros

      Strong culture. Commitment to ISO standards. Robust business processes. Home away from home. Compensation package is well designed. HMO, 13th month salary, Leave allowance, etc.

      Cons

      Company is highly geared (creditors include foreign lenders) and exchange rate is unstable making it tough for Management to increase salaries...been a long while.
