Very stable, both financially and job wise. All properties are owned and are long term hold assets. This is a very dependable small company with good benefits.

Upper management/owner sometimes a little moody, but overall the goods outweigh the bads.

Pay is not commensurate with experience or job requirements, disregard for poor property management, lack of concern for good and competent employees leading to high turn-over rates, lack of personal growth incentives and/or performance recognition on both a property level as well as corporate level, yearly performance review lacks professional implementation to fully review all aspects of the employees overall performance and growth which would lead to higher raise percentages based on actual performance and not personal reasons or relationships with management personnel
