Pros
The company itself is a good company and most of the benefits are great.
Cons
In particular, if you are a contractor who is completely overseen by another company, having Leidos management and client oversight management creates a lot of bureaucracy. Additionally, while most of the benefits are good, the PTO/sick time is non-existent! Finally, if the contract you are a part of is regularly re-negotiated, you may, often have un-paid work stoppages.
