      This is great place to learn a lot about power distribution although being a contractor to another company it’s hard to feel like you call your own shots.

      Cons

      The pay is not competitive and they hire you as a contractor for the first year.

      Employed barely company is going under

      Cons

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
