Remote work. Somewhat decent pay. Somewhat flexible hours.
Cons
Little to no communication from management. They won't reply to your emails unless it pertains to something they want. Showing the desire to advance while working on certs or education does not mean anything to them. Terminates positions midway through the contract even after it's been approved by the customer.
