The name is established in Burlington for a long time and has a big customer base.
Cons
Red tape stops good performers from doing their jobs If you've worked there a long time none of the rules apply to those people anyway. Lied to multiple times about very serious matters by other management. Expects you to work 50 hours and then attend meetings on your "off" time. No respect for you as an individual or your life outside of work. Asks for improvement/change, but then doesn't allow you to do anything differently. I could go on. Toxic environment.
