None that I can think of, just generally a great place to work

Team members are great (If below c-level)

Office not air conditioned, Office not fit for client calls OR meetings. Polo shirts are considered to be a severe state of undress. You will be reprimanded. You WILL be contacted during PTO based on my experience. Personal circumstances do not matter to management team. Their way or the highway. Track record doesn't matter, they'll replace you in a heartbeat based on personal perception. If you give feedback that senior leadership team don't like, you will be managed out of the business. Client base is losing confidence and being turned to competitors. Wasted a lot of money & time on hires that didn't last/got frustrated with management style of c-level.
