This company has a fantastic premise and I truly believe they are working toward a valuable goal: making legal advice accessible to all.

Cons

Micromanagement, constant shifts in productivity expectation, focus on volume and income increases instead of providing superior service to customers. Nobody listens to suggestions about how to improve policies and processes.

Work life balance is actually great. The people you work with are smart and generally fun to work with

Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day
