If you like to work on your own...Anderson will never contact you nor will he develop or mentor you. Contract was enticing with 1st year and 2nd year Commission Share better than market with renewal Commission Share was standard.
Cons
Takes up to 8 days to return call or texts, passwords expired, no people skills, focus only on his book and not helping you grow yours. His carriers are not competitive at all on either home or auto lines. He will ghost you for any meeting or calls constantly. Overall, the worst leader I have ever worked with or for...
