Love how goal oriented everyone is at Legacy. Every Monday my Team Leader has the team go to dinner to review our goals for the week. It is so refreshing how invested they are in my growth and advancement. Each day my team leader checks in and sees how my goals are coming and what they can do to help me accomplish them so I can get the most out of my week. They also share their own goals with the team so we can hold them accountable as well. I’ve never worked in a place that did that on a regular basis. In most jobs I’ve had in the past my coworkers have never really tried to help me advance, they were only focused on their own situation. The leadership core of Legacy is beyond supportive and extremely motivating. They truly want to see us succeed in their program.

Sometimes I’m not able to attend our Monday goal review dinner and I feel less prepared for the week.
