Pros
New Buses, that you can take home and keep at home once you've been with the company a certain time and have a permanent route. The office areas and building are always kept very clean and sanitary. The mechanics work quick to solve issues and get you on your way. The company doesn't harass or bother you unless its necessary; classes, route changes, complaints, tickets, parents, OPT, etc....
Cons
While the dispatch office will answer phones quickly, the personnel office does not. They also rarely if ever return your calls. Using your radio is also a form of communication, but rarely ever answered as well.
