- A lot of targets to meet - Community-based so a lot of travelling around - Don't get to see much of your team due to the nature of the work - Low pay but it's third sector so to be expected - Minimal opportunities for progression

Some good people, friendly and laid back working environment where people care and their jobs and supporting people

Not the best management and some bad team leaders in post. No opportunity for development.
