School Board has been historically terrible; the politics around equality and race are front and center. Poor work/life balance - you do not have any flexibility during your contract hours.

Working with students, helping them learn and grow into adults.

The staff is clicky, hateful towards each other if you dont fit into their "bubble". Was hard coming into work knowing people went out of their way to get you into trouble with your supervisor. No grace, horrible awful people.
