Pros
Lee Lewis Construction values their employees and the work they produce. The owner would give you the shirt off of his back if you asked him to. There are great growth opportunities and they are very flexible and understanding. The work life balance is great on the PM side.
Cons
They are a bit stuck in their ways. They talk about making changes, but they don’t really have the staff in upper management to get them done. The vision is there, but the execution is not. This can be frustrating as an employee. There can also be favoritism at times, but that has gotten better.
