Pros
Very much by the book, look to do construction the right way. The company is much better organized than the other big general contractor firms with focus on team building and relationships.
Cons
Lots of politics on your way through to the top. You need to be ready to do what it takes to climb the ladder, and even that might not be enough if you are not liked by senior management.
