Excellent corporate culture, great people, great atmosphere. As long as you take initiative and demonstrate a good work ethic, management recognizes those with potential to move up.
Cons
Demanding project goals that often are not properly communicated to all personnel from management. Unrealistic expectations becoming more and more of the norm.
