The pay is low, unless you're on the Friends and Family plan, at which point you earn 2 to 3 times the national average for your job. If not on the F & F plan, the stress will eventually send you to an early grave, depending upon the facility where you work. The F & F in charge are grossly incompetent and you must make up for their incompetence while literally and figuratively running in circles to amuse them. Also, these are neither happy, healthy, nor balanced people. Eventually their ways will seep into you.
