-Senior leadership team do not care about employees welfare at all - They are great at feeding clients and new employees bullsh*t that they want to hear even though it couldn't be further from the truth - The product/services are very poor quality due to cutting corners, overworking staff, faking front end view and covering flaws. - No HR team so no boundaries on work life balance or any work culture. - Currently delivering deferred salaries to most employees and no sign of returning to full salaries any time soon so a pay rise isnt going to be in the foreseeable future. - Not back filling staff that leave so workload is ever increasing whilst giving deferred pay and 0 benefits. - Client proposals are super chaotic and full of false promises in a desperate attempt to gain more income - awful attitude to staff mental health with a HUGE issue of bullying from senior team. - expectations to work 24/7 and expect to meet conflict if you have any interests outside of work as they expect you to prioritise their business. - Awful communication with no qualms about calling people out behind their back to the whole company.
