I've been working with Social blue for 8 months now. I can not say enough positive things about this workplace. But here's a start:
1. Great Atmosphere and culture. Every department seems to be on the same page.
2. Work life balance is great, you are not over worked and you are fairly compensated
3. Opportunity for growth is high especially if you are willing to put in the work
4. Management is great. Easy to communicate with if a problem were to arise
5. Weekly Lunches are always great
Cons
Only one I can think of:
1. If you drive, Parking might be an issue
