Pros
They have a debt / payment card that you can use to received payment on. Though I have a bank account I chose to use it because if you get your hours turned into to the accounting dept. before end of day (6 PM); you will recieved payment on that card right away. If you use you use direct deposit it takes 2 weeks to setup. And if you turn your time in on a Friday your will get your direct deposit for that week the following Friday; so I went with their card to recieve payment quicker. I would then just withdraw it all and then deposit it into my bank account.
Cons
You get paid weakly and hopefully you don't get assigned to the same person I was assigned to. It was like pulling teeth to get her to respond to her emails and phone calls. The last email I sent her she has still yet to respond to. I chose to stop going through her and Leading Edge for assignments as they were few and far between. Very unreliable...total joke!
