LeConte is a new firm, but the way they have handled my case did not seem to be anything like new. My recruiter was very detail asked all the necessary questions and listened to my answer's patiently.

It's a woman-owned business. The owner has many years in the recruiting business so she has many contacts in the business world which brings a lot of business to the company this give the candidates a wide range of companies to chose from.
