Company has yet to turn a profit and refuses to focus on things that will generate a profit. Custom designed products are great in the long run but not as profitable. You can sell off the shelf products way faster than you can sell custom products.

Kind and smart coworkers, an interesting application of technology, positive vision.

Terribly disorganized management that treats employees without respect or dignity. Husband and wife have primary control over the operation and the sole hired individual in charge of HR does not properly advocate for employees - any complaints or concerns brought are dismissed by management. A very unpleasant place to work that is at best a toxic workplace environment.
