Team are all friendly and well switched on. All professionals in their field and some who are starting their careers who do a great job
Cons
The last 2 years there and about has been more than rocky. Senior manager and leaders leaving every few weeks. Mid 2022 was the redundancies and it will very likely not return to how it was If you are planning to work for the UK branch, it’s not going to be comfortable. You will be sold a dream and none of your input will be taken aboard. It’s better to join a fresh startup and build from scratch than fight fires every single day UK benefits are minimal too. Most are statutory apart from the healthcare, which is slim. And if they have to do another round of redundancies…. Don’t expect anything
