Fast paced, great people for the most part.
Cons
Management shows extreme favoritism, even at the HR level. No matter how hard you work, they will not compensate you properly. After Outworx bought the company, there were immediate improvements, however, very little promised was delivered. Small fish in a big pond. They have a habit of cutting out the hardest working employees.
