Pros
Whip-smart people; great product (singular for now, hopefully multiple to come); strong and committed executive leadership team; competitive compensation and benefits; newly unveiled operating principles that resonate. If you want to work hard and move fast with people who hold you to a high standard (making you better and better), then this is the place for you!
Cons
Some people feel uneasy by recent turnover and exits and there are some pockets of low morale, but it isn't pervasive. Some processes and practices can use maturing (and they're getting there.)
