Pros
Company is growing rapidly, leader in the industry, there's genuine care for employees, employees help each other out, a better work culture in person than remote. John K (co-founder) really cares, he's genuine and easy to talk to. Benefits are good.
Cons
Since the company is growing rapidly, it means less work life balance. Remotely the company culture gets diluted and its harder to get help or have team camaraderie. This of course varies by team/management.
