Flexibility is the only good thing.

Only $18 an hour while other companies pay you $24-28. And training is only $16 an hour?!?!? Like WHAT! They will tell you that you can get lots of hours and make it seem like you can get paid higher than $18 an hour but you won’t. You’ll notice your schedule CONSTANTLY changes, or you’ll be off one day then all of a sudden they pop you on for a full day at 6AM!!! They fired me for asking my one coworker how many hours she was getting. In a very KIND way. I asked “hey! Do you mind if I ask what your next week hours look like?” (because I’d like to know. I need to pay my bills) Also fired me for simply asking my coworker if the cleaners get raises at all or any pay above $18 an hour or what to do to get paid more. Oh and apparently going to the bathroom frequently was deemed “odd” and made other cleaners uncomfortable? Because of my small bladder????

Very few complaints in terms of staff and management personalities and competence. Quick to respond to questions and concerns, communicate with staff frequently throughout the work week. Respect your weekend off unless its absolutely necessary.

Not honest in interview about how much of your clients will be in St. Albert even if you live in Edmonton. Don't allow/schedule breaks between houses, and encourage staff to eat while driving to next house. Their gas compensation system is ridiculously complicated and none of the staff understands it.
