      -Good product-part of a greater good -Decent pay -Free Lunch and Snacks

      Cons

      -Top-heavy with VP's and Directors. Who does the actual work? -Zero diversity from the top down. Diversity is not a priority to hiring teams. -The Management rarely fraternizes with the hoi polloi -Favoritism, buddy culture -HR needs a complete overhaul starting from the top

      - compensation is strong - many great colleagues in middle management - great work life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      - company financial trouble. Only 50% annual bonus payout in 2025 - Target pipeline and company goals are in limbo, General uneasy feeling and cultural since CEO retired.
